About the Role
This Graduate Registered Nurse and Enrolled Nurse position is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates to transition into a professional practice setting.
The role involves providing safe, effective, and appropriate patient care in a patient-focused environment. You will be part of a comprehensive orientation program, clinical educators, preceptors, study days, and other unique learning opportunities to support your growth and development.
About the Program
The Graduate Nurse Transition program consists of 2 rotations of 6-month duration. The program contracts are offered at a minimum of 0.8 FTE (4 days/32 hours per week) to full time.
You will work closely with an allocated preceptor on each rotation and be required to work a rotating roster which includes night duty.

Requirements
* Eligibility for registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
* Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently, and in an organized manner during periods of high demand and activity
