About the role
As a Sales Coordinator you'll play a key role in helping to drive growth for our ANZ Foodservice Team. You'll manage a portfolio of Foodservice customers remotely (via phone & email), building strong relationships, and helping to identify and refer leads across our product portfolio. You'll also support the broader sales team by assisting with national tenders, and providing administrative support around pricing, trade spend management & S&OP.
Key responsibilities will include:
* Manage and grow nominated accounts through regular customer contact and commercial negotiations.
* Identify new business opportunities and refer leads to Territory Managers to drive growth.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with purchasing teams and internal stakeholders.
* Support trade shows and assist with promotional activities.
* Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to the sales team.
About You
From day one, you'll leverage your relationship-building skills, ability to make an impact, and commercial mindset to turn opportunities into results.
* You have experience managing sales remotely and building strong customer relationships.
* You are driven to build effective and strong customer partnerships.
* You bring confidence in negotiation and excel at managing your time effectively.
* You understand the Foodservice market and its landscape (preferred).
* You are comfortable with Microsoft Word and Excel; and ideally familiar with CRM tools.
