Leading valuer (wollongong)

As a Leading Valuer, you will guide and develop the team in partnership with the Regional Director, overseeing day‐to‐day operations, TAT & quality performance including promoting new products and services, responding to quotes, authorising reports and assisting the team with queries. You will be an active mentor and role model promoting team engagement, interaction, culture and collaboration not only with the team but also the wider business. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and at the same time achieving personal annual budgets.

• Associate of the Australian Property Institute
• CPV qualification combined with extensive valuation experience
• Strong attention to detail, report writing and analytical skills
