About the role: About the Role We are seeking an experienced Audit Assistant Manager to join our Adelaide team. This is a key leadership role within our division, responsible for managing projects, mentoring staff, and delivering high-quality audit services. You’ll play a pivotal role in risk mitigation, client engagement, and team development. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple audit engagements across diverse industries Review financial statements for compliance with Australian Accounting Standards Identify and resolve technical accounting and audit issues Summarise key engagement findings for partners Mentor and train audit staff, ensuring methodology compliance Support resource planning and staffing requirements Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives About you: What You’ll Bring Essential: Degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major CA qualification (or equivalent) 3–5 years’ audit experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Knowledge of the Corporations Act, Australian Accounting and Auditing Standards Desirable: Previous experience managing a team Life at RSM: RSM provides a great environment to build skills and confidence and we help our people achieve their best.
