About the role
Moduline is currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking Factory Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Ingham, QLD. As a Factory Labourer, you will play a vital role in supporting our production processes and contributing to the overall success of our business. What you'll be doing
* Assisting with the assembly, fabrication, and production of our high-quality manufactured products
* Operating machinery and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure products meet the required standards
* Performing general laboring duties such as loading, unloading, and moving materials and products
* Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
* Participating in team meetings and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
* Following all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
What we're looking for
* Previous experience as a factory or production labourer, or in a similar hands-on role
* Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
* Good physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of the role
* Familiarity with the use of basic hand tools and machinery
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
