Job Title: Graduate Nurse Transitional Program
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate graduate nurse to join our team as part of our Graduate Nurse Transitional Program.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a supportive environment. This will involve working closely with experienced nurses and other healthcare professionals to develop clinical skills and knowledge.
The program is designed to provide graduates with the opportunity to transition from student to professional practice, and to develop the skills and confidence needed to succeed in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Eligibility for registration with AHPRA
* Demonstrated recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting
* Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand and activity
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team
* Demonstrated communication, interpersonal skills and customer service skills
