We are currently working with a major Queensland Government Department to appoint a Project Support Officer (AO3 level) in their North Coast Region. This business unit is responsible for the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements of the Natural Disaster Program. Your new role Assessment and data entry of submissions and images using electronic data management systems Populate basic spreadsheets and statistical reports Provide administrative support to the Project Manager and the wider team Reporting to the Project Manager What you’ll need to succeed Previous experience in a similar role within Queensland Government Have system knowledge in electronic document management systems (EDMS) and similar platforms such as SharePoint Ability to work independently with minimal direction and high attention to detail Ability to pass a Criminal History Check Valid working rights for Queensland, Australia What’s in it for you $49.40 - $54.81 per Hour Superannuation Initial contract to December 2025, with potential extensions Opportunity to work with a major QLD Government Department 38 hours per week (between 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday) Weekly pay cycle Next Steps To submit your application, click APPLY NOW and upload your resume (MS Word format preferred) and cover letter.
