The Role
We're seeking a high-performing
Business Development Lead
to accelerate global expansion, land enterprise customers and drive commercial growth across APAC, Europe and the Middle East.
You'll be the face of the product in market — presenting at international trade shows, leading customer demos, running POCs, shaping proposals and unlocking complex enterprise opportunities. Working closely with Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success, you'll influence go-to-market direction and play a pivotal role in scaling a category-defining technology globally.

Responsibilities
* Drive revenue growth and market penetration across priority global regions
* Build pipeline, convert opportunities and secure enterprise customers
* Lead demos, workshops, events, trade shows and partner engagements
* Own end-to-end pursuit cycles — tenders, RFPs, procurement, negotiations
* Work with Marketing to deploy GTM campaigns and lead generation strategies
* Provide field insight to influence product roadmap and commercial direction
Maintain CRM discipline, forecasting, reporting and sales transparency

You bring:
* Experience in senior BD/enterprise sales within SaaS, hardware, health tech or deep-tech environments
* Ability to hold technical conversations on data, integrations, workflows
* Proven success securing enterprise deals and expanding new regions
* Strength in presentations, solution design and multi-stakeholder engagement
* Confidence navigating complex procurement cycles
* CRM discipline (HubSpot experience ideal)
* Willingness to travel
70–80% internationally at short notice
