About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team in a Residential Aged Care setting. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures.
In this role, you will also act as a Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care that meets their individual needs.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aged care legislation and quality standards, as well as experience working in a similar role. They will possess excellent communication skills and be able to build strong relationships with residents, families, and staff members.

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing direct clinical nursing care to residents in line with best practice nursing procedures
* Acting as Team Leader, providing coaching, supervision, and guidance to the personal care team
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure that residents receive comprehensive care
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A current AHPRA registration following completion of a Bachelor of Nursing or similar
* A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Quality Standards
* Demonstrated experience working in a similar role, preferably in a residential aged care setting
