Position Title: Dietitian
Classification: Grade 2 (Year 1-4 AJ1 – AJ4)
Salary range per hour: $46.87 to $53.04 + superannuation + generous salary packaging options
Employment Type: Ongoing part-time, 1- 2 days per week
Award: Medical Scientists, Pharmacists and Psychologists (Victorian Public Sector) (Single Interest Employers) Enterprise Agreement -
Role description
The Dietitian is responsible for the provision of direct dietetic services, including assessment, education and follow-up as needed in the acute, residential, and community outpatient's settings across Inglewood and Districts Health Service and surrounds. The role will provide services across a number of different program funding streams and programs making this a diverse and exciting role.
About you
1. Bachelor of Dietetics or equivalent
2. Registration with the Dietitians Association of Australia
3. Experience working with clients/patients/consumers across all ages
4. A well-developed knowledge of contemporary diet and nutritional theory, concepts and strategies
5. Current Victorian drivers' licence
6. Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to teamwork and lifelong learning.
