Responsibilities
- The Superstar Support Worker in the Muswellbrook Hub: be part adventurer, part cheerleader, part life coach—and all heart. Whether you’re hanging with clients in day programs or exploring the community together, you’ll be making every day a win.
- Adventure Guide: help clients try new things and shine in their community.
- Skill Builder: teach life skills with patience and energy—helping clients be their best selves.
- Care Guru: assist with personal care tasks (kindness is your thing).
- Behaviour Whisperer: roll with personalised behaviour plans like a true pro.
- Family Connector: share all the wins and progress with clients\' families.
- Transport Legend: drive clients to programs in our Sunnyfield van.
- Admin Wizard: take notes and keep things organized without breaking a sweat.

Who You Are
You’re a people person with a side of awesome! Ideally you’ve got experience in the disability sector. Bonus points if you’re great with challenging behaviours. No experience? No problem—we can train the right person! It would be awesome if you were studying Community Services. Helping with personal care? No problem—it’s all in a day’s work. You’re resilient, confident, and always bring the sunshine. Creativity is your middle name, and teamwork is your favourite game.
What’s Required
- Fully vaccinated against Covid-19.
- Current driver\'s license.
- Clear state-based probity checks, including National Criminal History Record Check and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
