The Division of Surgical Services at the Mackay Base Hospital is seeking applications for a Clinical Director Support Officer – Surgery to join their team on a permanent basis. Your opportunity
* Manage and coordinate all non-clinical operating functions of the Department of Surgery to ensure the smooth and efficient service delivery of quality service within MHHS.
* Provide high level and confidential secretarial and administrative support to ensure the Clinical Director and medical team deliver on delegated accountabilities within a demanding operating environment.

* Reports to: This position reports to the Business Manager/Clinical Director.
* Supervises: This position has no direct reports.
* Human resource delegation: This position holds no HR delegation.
* Financial delegation: This position holds no financial delegation.
