Job Summary:We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marine Detailer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marine vessels and a strong work ethic. As a Marine Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning, polishing, and maintaining the interior and exterior of boats and yachts, ensuring that each vessel meets our high standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform thorough cleaning and detailing of boats and yachts, including washing, waxing, and polishing surfaces.• Clean and maintain interiors, including upholstery, carpets, and surfaces, using appropriate cleaning techniques and products.• Apply protective coatings and sealants to surfaces to enhance durability and appearance.• Inspect vessels for damage, wear, and tear, and report any issues to management.• Use specialized equipment and tools, such as pressure washers, buffers, and vacuums, safely and effectively.• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper storage of tools and materials.• Follow company safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and addressing their needs and concerns.• Work collaboratively with team members to complete detailing projects efficiently and to the highest standards.
Qualifications:
• Certification in marine detailing is a plus.• Previous experience in marine detailing, automotive detailing, or a related field preferred.• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Excellent communication and customer service skills.• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects (up to (5kg)) and work in various weather conditions.• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
