The roleAs a Recruitment Consultant in our Wayville Industrial team, you will manage a highly stable and profitable dual desk. This is a fast-paced role dedicated to placing key talent like Forklift Drivers, Packers, and Machine Operators across South Australia's busy distribution and production centers.
You'll be stepping into a well-maintained portfolio, with significant untapped potential to grow the permanent recruitment side. This role is perfect for a resilient, positive communicator from a Sales, Retail, or Travel background who thrives on being "out and about" for site visits and building real connections on the road. You'll join a supportive, non-micromanaging culture where autonomy is earned, attitude is everything, and your success is celebrated by a team that truly has your back.
Responsibilities
* Nurture and strengthen client relationships to understand and fulfill their recruitment requirements effectively.
* Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
* Source, assess, and place exceptional candidates in roles that align with their skills and aspirations.
* Design and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
* Facilitate seamless interview and placement processes between candidates and employers, ensuring successful matches.
About you
* A minimum of 2 years of recruitment agency experience/ Sales experience
* You should be driven by a passion for delivering tailored recruitment solutions that meet clients needs
* A strong enthusiasm for business development is crucial
* As a positive and team-oriented individual, you will possess exceptional interpersonal skills that foster strong relationships.
* You are a high achiever with a competitive spirit, thriving in a fast-paced sales environment where success is measured by results.
