We are currently seeking for a HR Advisor - On behalf of our NFP client based in West End to provide accurate HR advice to Account Managers.
We are looking for someone with personal drive, commitment and great communication skills with a great proven track record. A Generalist with some proven IR experience.
**About the role**:
As the HR Advisor, you will have responsibility for the following:
- Provide accurate HR advice to Account Managers
- HR Case Management
- Coordinate case management, workplace investigations and performance management processes and relevant communication
- Assist with workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
- Assist with reporting activities and engagement surveys
- Assist in talent acquisitions and recruitment process
- Provide support to employees in various HR-Related topics
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
**About You**:
As an experienced HR Advisor, you will
- 3-5 years' experience as a HR Advisor with experience in medium to large organisation
- Degree qualifications in Human Resource Management or related disciplines
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current HR and IR legislative requirements
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage workload, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
- Ability to interpret awards and relevant legislation
- Customer service focus with solid work ethic
- Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality
