**Role Summary:**

The Receptionist will serve as the initial point of contact for students, visitors, and staff at the institute. This role requires exceptional communication skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and a deep understanding of the international education sector.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Greet and welcome visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.

* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate departments.

* Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the institution's courses.

* Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.

**Administrative Support:**

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records.

- Assist with report preparation and documentation.

- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.

- Coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.

**Communication Skills:**

- Maintain professional communication with students, staff, and external parties.

- Disseminate information to students and staff through various communication channels.

- Escalate calls and information to the appropriate personnel when necessary.

**Technical Requirements:**

- Utilize computer systems effectively, including Windows and Mac operating systems.

- Use office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) for data entry, reporting, and communication tasks.

- Operate office equipment such as printers, scanners, and copiers.

**Qualifications and Skills:**

- Previous experience in a reception or administrative role, preferably in the education sector.

- Familiarity with the international education sector and regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
