You must have Australian vocational qualifications, at least to the level or above and in addition to this you must hold one of the following credentials
* TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment plus the following units:
* either TAELLN411 or TAELLN401A, and
* either TAEASS502 or TAEASS502A or TAEASS502B
Minimum Skills & Experience:
* Able to work independently and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Demonstrate excellent planning, organisational, decision making and negotiation skills with an ability to meet deadlines and operate autonomously
* Demonstrate knowledge of the VET, CRICOS and ESOS Act and related regulations and government policies
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Sound knowledge of the Standards for RTO's 2015, National Code 2018, NVR requirements and ESOS Act 2000
* Reporting to your line manager and maintaining compliance requirements in accordance with college Policy and Procedures.
* Participating in audit, validation and moderation activities.
* Ensure professional development is continuously maintained
* Result-focused individual who is motivated by achieving and exceeding KPIs
* 1 year of relevant work experience
