Job Overview
This is a pivotal role in supporting the UK's Net Zero ambitions by working on the Sizewell C project.
The successful candidate will report to the Baseline & Change Lead and be responsible for ensuring disciplined management of baselines and robust application of change control across the Delivery Programme.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain baseline management strategies, plans, and procedures
* Capture and implement change management activities across the programme
* Serve as a central point of contact for all change management queries
* Maintain governance processes in line with the project reporting cycle
Requirements
* Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
* Professional experience in programme, project, controls, or commercial management
* Familiarity with WBS/CBS structures and change control principles
* Knowledge of strategic planning, risk analysis, and major project delivery
