Job Title: Program Coordinator
The Project Officer role is a rewarding and challenging opportunity for an experienced and dedicated client-focused professional to undertake and support project delivery including procurement, document control, facilitating project control meetings, providing Secretariat support and administration support to the Property Operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and report on project status, consultant engagement, project tendering, tender evaluations, stakeholder management, working across multiple projects concurrently and representing the Property Operations team at meetings
* Contribute to the full life cycle of projects to meet departmental objectives including:
o Assisting in research, analysis and implementation of projects based on defined outcomes and outputs
o Supporting the development and delivery of projects or sub-projects and their successful delivery and completion within resourcing, timeline and budget parameters
o Contributing to the monitoring and evaluation of projects to ensure departmental objectives are met
* Prepare and present reports, ministerial briefs, cabinet and agency submissions on a range of matters
* Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders to facilitate a partnership approach
Requirements
* An Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold a valid work permit or visa
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a team environment
* Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
