About the Role Based at our Christchurch branch (in Riccarton), this position sits at the heart of our customer experience. You’ll be the first friendly face customers see when they walk through the door, and the helpful voice they hear on the phone or by email. You’ll also support our warehouse team with picking, packing, and dispatch when needed. It’s a varied, hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys being busy, helping people, and keeping things running smoothly. There’s also plenty of room to grow - for the right person, this role can be a great stepping stone into sales or broader opportunities across the business. Day to day, you’ll: Provide proactive customer service in person, over the phone, and by email Accurately process orders and assist customers with product enquiries Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues Maintain showroom presentation and stock levels Support sales and warehouse teams as required - including general dispatch, stock control, and keeping the workspace safe and tidy About You You’re organised, approachable, and thrive on variety. You take pride in your work, enjoy learning about products, and value being part of a small, collaborative team.
