We are a leading Facility Management company in Brisbane, Queensland. At Ozanda Property Services, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager who is capable of effectively and efficiently managing sales and marketing activities for our organisation.
Tasks & responsibilities:
• Oversees the creation of sales plans and the establishment of sales goals to enhance revenue and strengthen customer retention.
• Supervises and assesses the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and sets up product and service distribution systems and commissions market research projects.
• Develops internal policies and operational procedures related to marketing and sales activities.
• Performs ongoing analysis of performance data and tracks the success of campaigns based on key performance indicators.
• Manages sales teams, fosters client relationships, and oversees the negotiation and closing of sales agreements.
• Evaluates potential and existing retail sites to determine their suitability for marketing activities.
• Sets pricing structures and establishes rules for discounts and special offers.
• Designs and puts into action strategies and plans for marketing, sales, advertising collaborating with other managers.
• Oversees the planning and execution of new product launches and promotional campaigns.
• Manages and supervises sales operations, defining product offerings, regional territories, and customer service benchmarks.
• Coordinates distribution policies and merchandising strategies, managing the efforts of sales staff, agents, and resellers.
• Oversees pricing policies and credit terms by defining sales strategies and commercial arrangements.
Requirements:
• An Australian Bachelor degree or a higher qualification in Marketing or Business.
• At least 2 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Ability to effectively communicate in English.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
Salary - $75,000 - $80,000 plus super
