Role & Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with inquiries, recommendations, and purchases.
* Monitor and manage inventory levels, restock shelves, and ensure products are accurately labeled and priced.
* Stay informed about the latest products, promotions, and industry trends to assist customers effectively.
* Keep the bottle shop area clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
* Adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol, including checking identification and refusing service to underage or intoxicated individuals.
* Work independently and collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the bottle shop.
