Responsibilities
* Lead an administration team that supports multiple school sites.
* Provide senior‑level administrative support to regional and campus leadership.
* Manage state‑wide policies, procedures, documentation and compliance records.
* Coordinate travel, meetings, conferences, award events and student activities.
* Maintain enrolment data and support the effective use of student management systems.
* Ensure Work Health and Safety requirements are met and contractor processes are followed.
* Prepare and submit reports for state and federal obligations, including attendance and assessment requirements.
* Support onboarding, training, record‑keeping and staff compliance.
* Act as the central point of communication for internal teams and external education bodies.
* Oversee reconciliation of state accounts and credit card expenditure.
* Manage responses for assessment and regulatory bodies as required.
Qualifications
* Background in school administration or education operations is highly regarded.
* Experience with compliance, auditing and Work Health and Safety.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and support a small team.
* Confident user of Microsoft Office and database systems.
* Experience with Sentral would be an advantage.
* Clear communication skills and a practical, organised approach to workload management.
* Ability to coordinate events, travel logistics and volunteer involvement.
* A steady, solutions‑focused mindset and a genuine interest in improving systems and processes.
