Corporate Partnership Development Role

Key Responsibilities
* Drive the acquisition, retention, and growth of corporate partnerships across Western Australia
* Research and target organisations aligned with the organisation's mission
* Develop compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored business cases for support
* Implement a WA-specific partnership strategy and annual business plan
* Lead local engagement events to strengthen corporate relationships
* Forecast revenue, track pipeline activity, and provide monthly performance reports
* Collaborate with national teams to ensure an aligned strategy and consistent partnership delivery
* Work with internal stakeholders (marketing, research, programs) to support partnership goals
* Act as the main point of contact for WA-based partners and prospects
* SUPPORTING NEGOTIATIONS AND SECURING LONG-TERM HIGH VALUE COMMITMENTS
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship, or B2B relationship management
* A solid understanding of CSR, cause marketing, and fundraising in the not-for-profit or commercial sector
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including proposal writing and presentations
* Confidence in networking, negotiating, and building trust with senior stakeholders
* High-level organisational skills and attention to detail
* Experience with forecasting, reporting, and CRM or pipeline management
* A collaborative approach with the ability to work cross-functionally
