Description Head of HR – CDDAIO (Chief Data Digital & AI Office) What’s the role? This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape the future of HR across Westpac’s Chief Data, Digital and AI Office (CDDAIO). As Head of HR for the Data, Digital and AI division, you’ll partner with Executives, General Managers and their leadership teams to design and deliver workforce strategies across the division that support business transformation, talent growth, and capability development. You’ll contribute to a high-performing HR team, drive organisational design, and embed agile ways of working. This full-time role is based in Sydney, and offers the chance to influence at scale. What do I need? We’re looking for an established strategic and collaborative HR leader who can connect people strategy with business outcomes. You’ll bring: Deep experience in HR business partnering, workforce planning, and organisational design as a Head of HR (minimum 5 years’ experience at Head of HR level). Proven ability to lead large scale cultural transformation and embed agile work practices. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence executives and senior leaders. A track record of identifying, developing and growing talent, and building organisational wide capability. A continuous improvement mindset and ability to reflect on HR processes, policies and practices. Solid understanding of HR risk, governance, and compliance frameworks. Why join us?
