You'll work alongside our National Contracts Manager to organise spreadsheets, tidy information, and keep systems running smoothly behind the scenes.
This isn't basic admin.
It's a role for someone switched-on, detail-driven, and naturally good at spotting what's missing or out of place.
What You'll Be Doing Organising and maintaining pricing and contract data in spreadsheets and internal systems Supporting the setup of pricing models for customers and projects Keeping track of purchasing and contract details Working in-office two days per week at Clayton South (flexible on days and hours) What You'll Bring Strong administration background (pricing, data, or contract support experience a plus) Intermediate to high-level spreadsheet skills - Excel or Google Sheets Independent operator with sharp time management Commercial mindset - someone who understands the 'why' behind the numbers C Class driver's licence and full Australian working rights Why Join MM Security?
