Our client is an award-winning building consultant specialising in the facility and building asset management industry. The company is involved with the on-site assessment of assets including schools, hospitals, utilities, transport, aged care, and community facilities as well as the collection of data and innovative reporting of information. As a result of organic growth within the team and award of multiple projects, our client is seeking a Project Administration to join the team.
The role
The Project Administrator will assist the Project Manager and be responsible for overseeing all administration functions to ensure programs such as building condition assessments and building compliance assessments are planned and delivered on time.
The key duties and responsibilities will include:
1. Data handling and data processing of large data sets in MS Excel (use of pivot tables, & VLOOKUP required) and PowerBI.
2. Work with project team members to assist with data capture, including uploading and downloading data from field assessments on a weekly basis.
3. Communicating clearly with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Schedule meetings, appointments and booking travel for team members in line with company policy.
5. Coordinate multiple ongoing projects at the same time.
6. Assist with the preparation of assessment reports.
7. Assist the PM with onboarding/training as required.
8. Participate in client meetings, record action items minutes and ensure relevant processes or adjustments to data collection tools are undertaken in consultation with the PM.

7. Advanced Word and Excel skills.
8. Considers the importance of teamwork and is a team player.
Candidates with an asset management/building consultancy/facilities management background will be highly regarded.
