* Knowledge of network troubleshooting, security solutions, and tools like Microsoft Intune.
* Familiarity with virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, VMware) and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
* Strong communication skills and a talent for creating clear, actionable documentation.
