Part-Time Assistant - Mortgage Broker Assistant
Location: Point Cook, VIC
Hours: Part-time - 4 hours per day (Monday to Friday)
We are looking for a reliable and organised Part-Time Assistant to support a busy Mortgage Broker based in Point Cook.
This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised and comfortable working with numbers, documents and clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Completing loan servicing calculations using lender calculators.
* Reviewing client financial information to prepare servicing scenarios.
* Organising client files and maintaining records.
* Liaising with banks, lenders and conveyancers.
* Supporting the broker with general administrative tasks.
Skills & Requirements
* Strong attention to detail and an excellent eye for detail.
* Good communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to complete servicing calculations using lender calculators.
* Ability to handle confidential client information professionally.
* Previous admin, finance or mortgage broking experience is an advantage but not essential.
* Must be reliable and punctual.
