Administration Officer (Assets and Facilities) - Full‑time, Continuing
This position combines front‑of‑house reception duties with administrative support for Assets and Facilities to ensure the College operates safely and efficiently. The role involves acting as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing sign‑ins and site access, processing payments, and supporting student services, while also assisting with asset and equipment management, maintaining asset registers, tracking maintenance and compliance schedules, and managing digital records. The position also liaises with suppliers and contractors, supports procurement and purchase order processes, and assists with contractor compliance and site eligibility.
Administration Officer (Reception and VET) - Part‑time, Term time – 3 days per week
This position supports the smooth day‑to‑day operations of the College by combining front‑of‑house reception duties with key administrative responsibilities for Vocational Education and Training (VET). The role involves providing a welcoming first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing sign‑ins and access to the campus, processing payments, maintaining office resources and equipment, and supporting student services. In addition, the role provides administrative support for VET and work experience programmes, including coordinating placements, maintaining compliance records, monitoring student data and outcomes, and assisting with the accurate administration of qualifications and documentation.
