Charcoal Clothing is hiring a full-time in-house Videographer + Photographer to join our creative team in Brisbane.
This role sits at the centre of how the brand shows up visually. You'll shoot, edit, experiment, and help shape the look and feel of Charcoal across campaigns, content for social media, activations, and e-commerce.
This is not a freelance role and not an agency-style position - you'll be embedded in the brand and work closely with our creative and marketing teams.
What you'll be doing
Shooting and editing video content for campaigns, social media, short-form content, e-commerce content, website, and brand storytelling
Shooting photography for campaigns, e-commerce, product, and behind-the-scenes content
Editing and delivering clean, on-brand assets across video and stills
Assist with planning shoots and campaigns end-to-end
Working closely with the Creative Director and marketing team
Fully managing the in-house studio, including setup, organisation, lighting, equipment care, and shoot readiness
Testing and experimenting with new formats, compositions, pacing, and creative ideas
What we're looking for
Strong skills in both videography and photography
Strong Video Editing skills
A strong creative eye for composition, lighting, movement, and storytelling
Comfortable shooting fashion, people, and lifestyle content
Organised, reliable, and able to work at pace
Open-minded, curious, and always looking to improve
Someone who takes pride in their work and ownership of creative output
Nice to have but not essential
Experience in fashion, e-commerce, or content-led brands
Strong editing, retouching, or colour grading skills
Ability to contribute creative ideas and concepts, not just execute
