We help everyday Australians grow long-term wealth through smarter property investment, lending and management. We’re looking for an Operations & Training Manager to lead our Broker Support Team.
Why this role matters
In short: you’ll be the bridge between brokers, clients, lenders, and our operations team. When you’re doing your job well, brokers are free to focus on clients, loans sail through to settlement, and our teams (onshore and offshore) are performing at their absolute best.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll:
- Lead, coach and develop a hybrid team across Australia and offshore.
- Build and run training programs that keep our people sharp and compliant.
- Create efficient systems and workflows that cut through the noise and help us scale.
- Ensure every file meets compliance standards.
- Be the point person when brokers or key stakeholders need operational support.
Who we’re looking for
You’re not just about managing processes—you inspire people, solve problems with ease, and think two steps ahead. You’ll also be a construction loan whizz, with the ability to guide brokers and clients through complex lending scenarios. Ideally, you’ll bring:
- 5+ years in mortgage broking operations, lending, or similar financial services.
- Experience leading onshore and offshore teams.
- A knack for spotting bottlenecks and building better ways of working.
- Strong knowledge of compliance and credit policy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking (Diploma preferred).
