You must have a proven background in the Commercial Construction, Industrial and Engineering Supply Markets.Competitive Salary with benefits including lap-top, phone and fully maintained car will be provided.LocationThis position will be based at our Balcatta branch, but the majority of time will be spent calling on customer’s premises or commercial construction sites.Responsibilities include:Drive Sales by being out on the road and actively marketing products and services to customers.External business development – build solid relationships and establish ongoing support with new and existing clients.Understanding customer needs and offering solutions and support; answering potential customer questions and follow-up enquiries.Collaborating with the Manager on sales goals, planning and forecasting to secure, retain and grow existing and new account customers.Creating and maintaining a list / database of prospective clients and their information.Cold calling, making multiple outbound calls to potential customers, closing sales and working with the customer through the closing process.Liaise at all levels of our business, across the entire internal team, ensuring exceptional customer experience.About YouOur employees are selected not only for their skills but also for their abilities to become valued team members.For this role, you will need to have:The ability to maintain effective co-worker customer relationships.Experience with lead generation and prospect management.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers.A professional, energetic, outgoing and friendly demeanour.The ability to professionally and confidently communicate at all levels.Previous sales / B2B experience with knowledge of sales process from initiation to close.Demonstrated and proven sales results.Current driver's licence.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM experience.We are looking for our successful candidate to start immediately so if you feel you have the skills we are looking for, please apply NOW.Due to the high demand for these roles, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Note: Applicants must have the right to work in Australia.
