We are currently seeking a results-driven and experienced Supply Chain Manager to play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business during its next phase of growth. Reporting primarily to the Operations Manager, the Supply Chain Manager will collaborate closely with the Production Team and other members of the Operations Team.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Supply Chain department.
- Lead and manage a team of 7 experts in Procurement, Inventory, and Logistics, with plans for continuous team expansion in the next 12 to 24 months.
- Implement and enhance supply chain processes and procedures.
- Ensure a consistent supply of components to internal and external manufacturing sites.
- Coordinate fulfillment for multiple concurrent purchase orders.
- Develop scalable processes to support the business through its next stage of growth and effectively manage rapid organizational change.
- Maintain and improve supply chain processes over time.
- Manage the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
- Analyze sales forecasts and align supply chain capacity accordingly.
- Establish and maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong and reliable channels of communication with individuals from diverse technical and cultural backgrounds.
- Given our global presence, collaborate with stakeholders across different time zones, requiring occasional work outside of normal business hours.
Qualifications / Experience / Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional time management and attention to detail.
- Previous experience using ERP systems.
- Ability to both follow and develop processes.
- Knowledge of engineering or technical environments (preferred).
- Possess a 'can do' attitude and a willingness to assist in a variety of tasks.
- Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency is a requirement.
