The Opportunity
The position is part of a large team supported by a Payroll Manager, Payroll Team Leader as well as Senior Payroll Officers.
Typical daily duties will include:
- Accurate and timely processing of Payruns
- Coding and checking online timesheets
- Processing terminations, offline adjustments, banking and reconciliations, variations and deductions
- Master file updates and altering allowances
- Respond to queries via both phone and email providing a high-quality customer service to employees

This organisation has in excess of 10,000 local and nationally based employees being paid under a multitude of Awards and EBA’s and so the complexity and volume has its challenges.
IDEAL APPLICANTS
At least two years of payroll experience would be a solid fundamental base to leverage from in order to succeed in this busy role. Applicants with previous exposure to the Health Services sector (Hospitals, Aged Care, Child Care etc.) are especially encouraged to apply.
