Qualifications and Skills: Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years PAE construction experience (either front end or back end), gained from a reputable firm or in-house environment; Strong drafting and negotiation skills for various construction-related agreements; Ability to handle dispute resolution, including mediation and litigation when necessary; Familiarity with construction regulations, industry standards, and risk management strategies; and Excellent communication and analytical skills.
