* Provide person-centred care that enhances the resident experience

Essential Qualifications
* Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent minimum qualification is mandatory
* Medication Competency or Medication Endorsement skills are highly desirable
* Strong understanding of residential aged care environments and standards
* Experience in providing daily care and activities to clients
* NDIS Worker Screening Check is mandatory
