What Do You Need to Be Successful?
* Working towards or holding a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
* A valid WWCC/Blue Card
* Training in Child Protection, Red Nose, and Food Safety (or willingness to obtain)
* Knowledge of Child Safe Standards, NQF, and EYLF
* A genuine love for early childhood education, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to fostering positive relationships with families and the community
