About the Role:
As a Branch Manager you will perform a highly valued and critical role, developing a team to safely deliver outstanding service to our customers.
This position based at ourPort Hedland Branch where we offer a supportive environment that values work-life balance and a competitive remuneration package.
In this role, you will be responsible for the overall branch operations including Fleet utilisation and operational efficiency, Maintenance and upkeep of company assets, Management of a fleet including Prime Movers and Liquid Waste Tankers.
The successful candidate will be someone who relates well with people, takes pride in their workplace, and is committed delivering exceptional customer service.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will bring leadership, capability, commercial awareness, and the ability to drive operational performance. Ideally, you will have:
Demonstrated experience in sales and operational management within a similar industry
Proven team leadership experience, including developing and managing high performing teams
A track record of delivering on customer service KPIs
Ability to build and maintain strong professional networks in Western Australia
Experience working in and supervising in a branch environment
Prior exposure to hire equipment, logistics or waste management industries
