The Opportunity: A Site Manager is required to join our team at Burleigh Heads location. This role involves overseeing onsite operations, ensuring smooth site performance and strong client relationships while making a meaningful difference in the welfare of our workforce.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Supporting worker wellbeing through onboarding processes as well as regular check-ins
* Managing timesheets for accurate payroll reconciliations
* Mobilising PALM Schemeworker logistics at client sites
