Job Title: Tyres Sales Manager
We're seeking an experienced sales professional to lead our tyre sales team in Queensland. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, leading high-performing teams, and building strong relationships with key accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a sales strategy for new tyres across Queensland (B2B & retail)
* Manage, coach and motivate the sales team and field representatives
* Grow key accounts (workshops, fleets, dealers and resellers) and win new business
* Analyse sales performance, set targets, prepare forecasts and report to national sales leadership
* Collaborate with marketing, logistics and technical teams to deliver promotions, stock availability and after-sales support
* Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and customer meetings – frequent travel across QLD required
Requirements:
* 3–5+ years' sales experience in tyres, automotive parts, fleet management or related industry
* Demonstrated ability to hit sales targets and lead a team
* Strong negotiation, relationship-building and account management skills
* Valid Australian driver's licence; own vehicle desirable
* Queensland-based or willing to relocate/travel across the state
