Contract Support Coordinator Opportunity at CBRE Asia Pacific

We are seeking an engaging individual to support our contract management function at Monash University, one of Australia's leading universities. Key Responsibilities:

* Manage employee absence reporting, holiday tracking, and sickness leave to promote a positive workplace culture.
* Handle timesheets, expenses, and maintain comprehensive employee records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
* Uphold quality, health, safety, and environment standards across all aspects of the job.
* Facilitate supplier management reviews and maintain organized records to ensure seamless operations.
* Ensure financial transactions and work-in-progress (WIP) management adhere to company policies and procedures.
* Create purchase orders, process invoicing, and support preventative maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime.
* Assist with daily operations, team training, and relationship building with colleagues and clients to foster a collaborative environment.
* Contribute to the compilation of contract review packs and identify innovative solutions to improve contract management processes.
* Order materials, parts, and personal protective equipment (PPE) with attention to detail and ensure timely delivery.


About You:

* You possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* You have a proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
* You excel in communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with colleagues and clients.
* Experience with administrative systems, knowledge of contract terms, project management, and maintenance processes is preferred but not essential.
* Familiarity with Simpro or Mysupplier is advantageous but not required.
