Located in the heart of Port Stephens, Shoal Bay Country Club (operated by PDA Holdings Pty Ltd) is home to three unique dining experiences, from elevated Greek dining at Atmos, to relaxed coastal cocktails at The Patio, and all-day café culture at Mermaids Café.
We currently have full-time opportunities for Sommeliers and Wait Staff to join our high-performing team.
Responsibilities
* Greeting and seating guests with warmth and professionalism
* Delivering knowledgeable food and beverage service, including wine recommendations and pairing advice
* Presenting menus, specials and beverage lists
* Taking orders and managing large sections efficiently
* Processing payments and operating POS systems while maintaining high service standards during busy service periods
About You
You are confident in high-volume restaurant environments and bring a strong understanding of quality service, food and wine.
* Certificate III in Hospitality and/or 18–24 months experience in a similar role
* Robust food and wine knowledge with a genuine passion for hospitality
* Sommelier or wine qualifications highly regarded
* A valid NSW RSA is essential
* Availability across weekends, lunch and dinner service

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
