A rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Management leader to join the business in a key leadership position working closely alongside the Directors. The Position
* Oversee a growing rent roll currently sitting at approximately 600 properties, with growth plans to exceed 700 by the end of 2027
* Manage a very small personal portfolio of no more than 20 properties, allowing you to remain hands‑on while fully supporting your team
* Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 6–7 Property Management professionals
* Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords while confidently handling escalated matters
* Review and improve department processes, systems, and procedures
* Conduct team meetings, one‑on‑ones, and performance reviews to ensure a high‑performing department
* Ensure best practice and compliance across the Property Management division
* Work closely with the Directors on department strategy and future growth
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in a Senior Property Manager, Team Leader, or Head of Department role
* Current WA Certificate of Registration
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, mentor, and lead by example
* Sound knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act
* Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
* Highly organised with strong problem‑solving abilities
* Professional presentation and a strong work ethic
* Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
* Someone who enjoys being hands‑on and part of the day‑to‑day operations
