As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our prestigious clients.
A day in the life of this role involves providing efficient transportation of luggage, arranging bookings, delivering messages, and valet parking of vehicles. You will be the first and last point of contact for our clients, motivated and hardworking with a can-do attitude.
This is a permanent position, rostered to meet peak business demands with varying shifts across a 7-day rotating roster including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Key responsibilities include:
* Directing guests & members
* Answering all calls and assisting with requests and general enquiries
Additional requirements include excellent administration and organisational skills, a high attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure as part of a team. Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster is also essential.
