The Role
We are seeking a motivated and client-focused business partner to be the link between our clients, design teams, developers and project coordinators.
This is not a traditional sales role. It is about partnership, problem solving and delivering on ambitious ideas.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage multiple client accounts from concept through launch and beyond.
* Serve as the main point of contact, building long-term relationships based on trust and delivery.
* Work closely with the Project Coordinator to align development, design and client expectations.
* Track and communicate project milestones, deadlines and deliverables clearly and proactively.
* Identify and resolve risks or issues to keep projects moving forward.
* Provide regular updates and facilitate stage reviews with clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure technical solutions match client goals.
* Suggest enhancements, future versions and growth opportunities beyond the minimum viable product.
* Act as a client advocate while balancing delivery timelines and resources.
About You
* 5+ years of experience in business development, account management, client services or project ownership in a technology-related environment.
* A strong understanding of digital projects, technology concepts or app development lifecycles.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects at the same time.
* Commercially aware, proactive and solutions-oriented.
* Extremely well-organised with the ability to simplify complex processes for clients.
* A knowledge of app development (design, UX, development cycles, testing, deployment) is desirable.
