Using your clinical skills andexperience you willbe responsible foreffectivelyleading and managing clinical, wellbeing and lifestyle staff of theresidential community. Achieving the operational targets and caredeliverable across clinical, financial, compliance, residentservice, resident lifestyle & wellbeing, and workplaceculture.

The requirements | What ittakes to do this work

* Currentregistration as a Registered Nurse with the AustralianHealth Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) andcommitment to maintaining professional developmentrequirements for ongoing registration
* Demonstrated leadership, operationaland clinical management of a residential care home leadinginnovative resident lifestyle and wellbeinginitiatives
* Extensive nursing experience at asenior level including responsibility for supervising staffand providing clinical oversight
* Demonstrated experience in managingmultidisciplinary teams, blending clinical care withresident lifestyle and wellbeing
* Advanced communication skills (verbaland written) and interpersonal skills includingfacilitation of sensitive conversations withstaff,residentsand family members.
* Demonstrated knowledge of changemanagement, quality improvement, customerserviceprinciplesand staff educationprinciples
* Demonstrated experience inensuringappropriate systemsand processes are inplace to assess residents and maximise revenue
* Demonstrated experience in qualitymanagement,accreditationand systems compliance,preferably in a leadership role
