About You:
* Minimum 3 years of experience as a State or Regional Manager in the glass industry, building, or construction sector.
* Demonstrated track record of growing sales at a local level.
* Proven leadership and management experience, including developing and maintaining internal and external relationships.
* Experience driving change and creating new opportunities that align with business objectives and functional strategies.
* Ability to lead by example, removing barriers, and managing teams to deliver short- and long-term goals.
* Strong talent attraction, development, and retention skills, including recruitment, selection, succession planning, and coaching.
