Job Title: Child Development Specialist - Inclusive Practices
Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with educators to identify individual children's needs and tailor inclusive strategies that promote learning and development.
- Embed evidence-based practices, such as the Recognition and Response Model and the Early Years Learning Framework (V2.0), to ensure consistent, responsive, and child-focused approaches.
- Provide early identification and intervention to support children who may be experiencing vulnerability or delay.
- Work with the Centre Director, Educational Leader, and Practice Team to strengthen team capability and ensure high-quality, inclusive learning environments.
Requirements:
- Tertiary or Bachelor qualifications in early education, an allied health, social work, or community services discipline (desired).
- Strong understanding and ability to apply attachment theory, Circle of Security (COS), and trauma-informed practice.
- Good understanding of relevant early childhood frameworks and standards.
- Demonstrated high-level interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and coaching skills to achieve improved outcomes for children and families.
- Ability to document, analyze, and report on relevant key performance indicators.
