We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-volume Service Desk environment and possess strong technical skills.
Job Description
This is a key role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering advanced technical assistance to end-users through inbound phone support, remote troubleshooting, and proactive problem resolution.
* Handle inbound phone calls and provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for IT-related issues.
* Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, VPN, and security-related issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The following qualifications and skills are required:
* Experience in a high-volume Service Desk environment handling inbound phone support.
* Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 (Intune, Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
* Expertise in Active Directory (user management, group policies, permissions, etc.).
